Gardening in Kindergarten? Yes!

I played at my son's school today for a while, as we often do. Actually, I will be playing there a few times this week. Remember, hundred's day is tomorrow?

Anyways, each class has a gardening box. My son's has radishes, broccoli, cauliflower and I think or two other things. They plant them, water them, and ultimately eat them.

We do that at the high school I'm at. There's some kind of class that is cooking/gardening etc. But our special ed class also has 3 boxes :) Right now we have broccoli and lettuce. We haven't put in the spring crop yet.
