136/365 May 16, 2011

Today I was super duper lazy. That's not completely true. I woke up busting my butt with dishes and laundry and so on.

It has been rainy and there haven't been much opportunity for photos.

I remembered to take a photo, then I forgot. Then when I remember it was super late and I was tired.  I was lacking all creativity even looking around the house.  So, I asked Will to bring me my camera and I snapped a shot of this.  Our "typical" movie night.

We watched A Single Man, ate Popcorn and while the previews were on, I finished up responding to a few emails that had come in on my phone.  Oh, and poked away on Facebook.  ; )

THE ball.

We got this ball at a birthday party a few years ago.  Actually, William and Rawni each got one, but I am not sure where the other went.  I haven't seen it in a long time.

I took this photo in January, not expecting to ever really use it for anything, mostly just messing with and learning settings on my camera.

This ball is Robert's absolute favorite toy right now.  Once my husband pointed it out to him, he was inseparable for a few days.  He would throw a fit when I had to remove it from his hand to buckle him in his car seat.  He would throw a fit when the ball was not by his side in the stroller.

No, I was not intending for this photo, or ball, to have any value, but apparently it does.

82/365 March 23, 2011

Today was my husband's only day off this week.  It went miserable.  That's not true, once my headache went away and make a large dinner together the night improved.  But until then, I had the worst migraine that water and Advil was not curing for quite some time.

I had seen this idea once before and thought today was a great day to try it.  Plus it encouraged William and I to sit and play Scrabble (his first time on the "real" board, we've only played Words with Friends before).  Then I whooped my, okay okay nevermind.  My husband whooped my tush good.  But, I've beat him at WWF the last few times, so whatever.  ; )

I won't tell you all of the things I wanted to use as a photo today but got busy and didn't get to capture the shots. Nope, I won't. Just know, my photos didn't go my way.

Keys & Keychains

These are my keys. I used to always have a ton of keychains, but over time it dwindled down. I have other keychains and keys elsewhere, but this is basically all that I keep on me daily.

I have the key to what was my 2004 Ford Escape that we bought directly after our honeymoon, because my car the day before our wedding. My husband now drives that.

Then, I have the keys to my "new" Honda Odyssey, as the kids call it. Technically we've had it almost a year and a half though.

Lastly, I have my house key and maybe my mom's house key? I am not sure what the other one goes to now that I think about it...

The only keychains I have are

-The flip flop that says I (heart) William. I bought it for both of my boys, as they both share the name. I'd love a Rawni one, but of course, I don't think I will ever find it. Robert would be nice too.

-The other keychain in the back is "Shoshone Falls" and I bought that in Idaho (at Shoshone Falls) right after my grandma passed. This is where a portion of her lays.

This is one of my favorite candle holders in my house. I was just messing with angles and lighting. I actually took this photo and then turned it pink. However, it occurred to me that I have interchangeable flash colors and can mess with those too!

Tomorrow we are getting out of this house if it kills us. But today, we stayed in one last day. I think Robert is finally over his funk, besides a few whines and life might return to normal soon.

For today's photo, I took this shot of the ties behind our glider.
