When I went to the library this week, my husband and I had seven DVD's ready for pick up. Seven?!
They just changed the DVD checkouts back to seven days (they had moved it up to 3 weeks). Well, of course all of the movies had been ones that have been in our queue for a while and all came in at the same time. (That never happens.)
So, I suggested we'd make a fun game of it and do a "movie marathon week", so we are! Except we failed last night when I stayed out late with a friend. Shucks.
Anyways, Wednesday we watched Eat Pray Love. I'm thinking about doing a review on it, but I'd probably want to watch it again to more closely inspect. Since I read the book, I really wanted to see this one.
After watching it though, I was dying for some rich unhealthy Italian food. Where else could I head but to Olive Garden?
So, today I went to dinner with a friend and enjoyed a rich, fatty, unhealthy and over carb'd dinner. Fantastic.
I just can't decide if I like this photo better
or this one?
This is their version of Chicken (and Shrimp, that I had ordered on the side) Carbonara.
I have only eaten this meal 3 times. Once at a friend's, then when I made it (recipe here), and now Olive Garden. But, I think I've found a new favorite.
Also, can someone tell me why my photos seem so dark when I am photographing food? When I lighten them up, they seem to be overexposed. What's the deal?
