The sky was fantastic today. The color was exquisite and yet, my photo doesn't show a trace of it. Wha?

I am not sure what happened there, but regardless...

I always feel like I see such beautiful photo opportunities in landscape, but never like the way they turn out. Feedback?

It looks like all the colors came in well.. did you fix the levels in photoshop? Hm.. I am interested to hear as well. Maybe the shutter speed?

i read that filters can help (polarizers), though i haven't tried it yet. :)

Are you shooting in RAW and in manual mode? Both of those have really helped me a lot especially shooting manually.
