47/365 February 16, 2011

For lunch today I had a large Mediterranean salad loaded with extra spinach. Yum! The cranberries are my favorite part!

Funny story behind this, I wouldn't even attempt to try these sorts of things a few years ago. In fact, after I had Rawni someone brought us a bag of this stuff and we threw out the 'fixin's' and used regular ol' dressing. What a shame.

Now I am addicted and anytime this stuff is one sale, I must buy a bag.

I love nice big salads, and yes, cranberries are so good on them. Have you tried sunflowers or pecans? Yum!

Sunflowers are one of my favorite toppings!!! I'm a huge sunflower fan anyways though. Did you know they are loaded with folic acid?Sent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry®

Beautiful greens! I love 'good' salads, too!!
I would comment more, but there is just so much going on with the way you have this set up. I'm sorry, sometimes I get lost looking for where to post, then get so frustrated, I log off. Just know... I'm checking in at your photos though! You're doing a great job!
